Channels just buffering

    Hi I’ve set it all up download the app and managed to get the channels on the app. I’ve bought the 34hr one to see if this is legitimate.
    How ever the channels are not working and just keeps saying buffering at bottom right of the screen. Any help? Can’t seem to get any from the support team.

    I am having no problems with getting the channels to load…they look great. I am having issues with sometimes there is audio…sometimes there is not.
